Transparent Undercombos

Is there any way to set the undercombos so they're transparent or something. The situation is this: I have a push block puzzle, but I also have a few hints in the floor. Problem is, when I push the blocks over them, they erase the hints and replace them with undercombo. Any suggstions?

Have you tried multiple secret combos?

Yes. Use a blank tile as your undercombo (as well as the rest of the main layer's floor), and draw your floor using either of the "Layer 2 or 3 is background" screenflags.

I'm assuming I would want to do it on layer two, as three would put it overhead. Well, anyway, thanks, this helps quite a bit, with several things.
