Not sure where else to post this, soo...
How can I upload a custom avatar? I've examined my settings thouroughly and I cant find any way.

You can't have a custom avatar unless you've made 1000 posts, you're a Premium Member ($7.50 over 6 months) or you're an Admin/Moderator.

It's the same for a custom user title.

I don't know if it's still 1000 posts. Theres been some talk of cutting it down to 500. I don't know if it's gotten the green light yet.

At the moment I believe it's still 1,000. The topic kind of died off.

Can't be 500, I'd have the custom avatar option otherwise :p.
