Hail Storm, the guy that destroyed the sites in my sig, said that if I don't give him my password, he will inject spyware into my computer! What the he11 do I do?? Give it to him? Don't? Trick? Another way?

My advice? If you're that worried, just turn off your computer and come back here from another computer, like at a library or school. Don't be too worried. Odds are he's a little script kiddie who just got lucky.

Depending on what sites they were, that may be something akin to robbing 15 stores... all of them run by little old ladies with bad backs. No offense, but this guy really does sound like some script kiddie, and is probably using common knowledge hacks or exploits on websites that don't have up to date security. And he can't do ANYTHING to your computer if it isn't online...

Hacking a website is a lot easier than giving someone spyware, it's probably a retard that hacked the websites but dosen't know how to give anybody spyware.

Spyware/trojans/viruses can all be dealt with anyways, I doubt that guy knows anything that is a serious threat besides maybe a keylogger but those can be removed

Ugh. Losing brain cells. Don't be surprised if lightning-z "gosthunter" is absolutely useless/detrimental to your efforts; I don't mean that as some kind of blithe insult, but in fact speak from past knowledge and common sense. His typical behavior is remarkably turdish.

My only advice for you is that if you are worried about spyware/similar, install AdAware SE (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Spybot Search and Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html). Update and run both of them; make sure Spybot S&D Immunizes your system.

However, spyware is typically crap that builds up constantly on your computer not unlike allergens in the air. What it does? It slows down your computer, can cause programs to stop working (especially your internet browser may have trouble), will often itself cause you to get more spyware, and in general is just annoying rubbish.

No, what you should be worried about "getting sent" is viruses. As for damages to your website, I know nothing about accessing a person's website and mucking around with it, and can't help you with that.

However, if you do not have a virus scanner, please at least install one; AVG Free Edition (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1) is a decent one you can get. You would also do well to be running a firewall at all times; ZoneAlarm Free Basic firewall (http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp) is a decent free one, or if you're running Windows XP service pack 2 you already have it's firewall running.

As for having his IP, that might help you later on, it depends on what they plan on doing.
