When I use the tileset, Link is totally messed up. When I move up, he faces down. When I move down, he jerks between facing down and left, rapidly switching between the two. How can I fix this?

Chances are, the tileset put the link tiles in the wrong place. Check the original placement, and place the link tiles to match those. Also, what animation are you using?

I'll try that, but how do I check what animation I'm using?
I figured out the problem. When I check how it is in the tileset quest, everything's fine. When I try to use the graphics in other quests, it all gets messed up. Something is going wrong when I export the graphics pack. How do I keep that from happening?
EDIT by ShadowTiger: Please try not to double post, except if the topic is 24 hours old. Thanks.

Go to the tileset you uploaded, and export the graphics pack.
Then reopen ZQuest, and import the graphics pack. Go to Quest > Graphics > Sprites > Link and check if everything is fine. If everything isn't, change the Link tiles. If still doesn't work, check the box at the bottom of the box, there should be something about animation style. Try original and BS-Style etc etc and see if it works.
If it doesn't work after that I can't help you.

DoR works fine. What's probably happening is you don't have BS Animation enabled. ZQuest will use either Zelda 1 style or BS style Link animation. Zelda 1 style only uses two tiles for Link's walking animation in each direction, just like the original LoZ. BS style uses three tiles for Link's walking animation. DoR is designed for BS style. If you don't have it enabled, the game is looking in the wrong place for some of Link's tiles, because it only expects to find two tiles for each direction when there are, in fact, three.

That explains it, thanks. How do I change the animation type?

Quest > Graphics > Sprites > Link
Open that and there should be a box like this:

There is a menu saying "Animation Style". Change it to "BS-Zelda".
You might need to go to quest rules and check "Use BS-Zelda animation"
It should be working now, right? If it still won't work, do the following:

Hope it works now.

Sorry, but changing the animation type didn't change anything. The animation is still all wrong, and if I try to change it it just gets worse. Is it because I'm using 2.10?

Oh, you're using 2.10? Try upgrading into 2.11b14, download these files first.

Note that you have to play all ZC quests from the beginning. You don't have start MAKING a new quest, QST files will be saved so you won't lose your quest if you're making one.
