Total Recall is a perfect name since it's based on the movie Total Recall. These are "worst game names" not worst games.

I'm shocked that Final Fantasy wasn't on the list, simply because the Fantasies keep coming and coming and is the longest series in video game history... (Yes I know the story behind the name, but still! :eek:)

I like "Tech Romancer," in a way. It could be an almost-clever cross between "technomancer" and "necromancer." Unfortunately, besides the fact that that doesn't have much to do with the actual game, it ends up sounding like someone who really likes a nice, hard disk.

I'm a bit surprised that Extreme Watersports didn't make the list.
Also, they missed some really great ones by not including Japanese titles. Down the World, for one. And, of course, my all-time favorite:

I miss Jumpman. =/ I remember having Princess Tomato too for some reason. That was back before I knew that games could be bad.

I actually want to try Divine Divinity though. We may already have it in our house through my father's act of sheer temporary ignorance. Eh, we'll see.

I love their description for If It Moves, Shoot It! "Don't let your title double as the instruction manual for, like, a thousand other games" haha

Games from that list that I've actually played:
10. Totally Rad
23. Lee Travino's Fighting Golf
37. Cacoma Knight in Bizyland
42. Beyond the Beyond
43. Princess Tomato in Salad Kingdom

Totally Rad may have been a stupid name, but I actually wouldn't've gotten the game except for the name. I kept seeing it at the store and eventually thought, "I have to see what this is."
I also looked up Irritating Stick, and it turns out it comes from a Japanese game show who's name literally translates to "Irritating Electric Stick".
