I saw this on the news this morning. It was more cute than annoying, as even though it took up my precious weather-viewing time, it was interesting to calculate how much weight one of those grapple arms can indeed carry. The train of thought ended when I realized that the most convenient part of the child's head to grasp with the hook would be his eye or nose. I don't want to win an eye with a hole in it.

They gave him a screwdriver and he just screwed his way out. Fun.
