How do I get the flippers in DemoEX

I've just exited the second entrance to level 3. I know that I get the flippers some where around here. Can anyone help me?

You need to go to the far right upper corner and play flute infront of the huge waterfall. Then the waterfall will part and let you come in. That's on the green island.
