every time i put an item on the quest editor the item always appears at the top left corner of the screen how do i make the item appear some were else?

Press Page Down while looking at the screen until you see the rupee icon at the bottom. When you click it, you will see a light blue square on the screen. Drag it to where you want the item to appear. This menu is also used to show Link's position when using stairs and entrance/exits, etc.

1 more thing i cant figure out how to use some items hammer hookshot super bomb andf som other ones

Look for options to change your subscreen type. The revision screens will allow you to select them. The default is the subscreen from Z1 which obviously didn't have those items.

(Quest -> Misc Data -> Subscreen Type)
