i want to know i downloaded a quest how do i play it?

Start a new file, type in your name, and press Alt twice. Then browse for the file you downloaded, click OK, then press Enter

i pressed alt twice but it wont let me browse

You have to press whatever you have your A button set up for under the keyboard settings. Alt is the default. After you create the name, go to select it on the screen and then hit the A (Alt) button twice instead of hitting Start. Maybe that will make more sense. The browse menu will pop up.
