How do you rip off sprites? Also can anyone tell me where I could find Malon sprites? Please and thank you

When you are on the tiles page in ZQuest, you can use the Grab feature to rip graphics off of jpeg, bmp, and other file types. Make sure you ask permission if you want something from another quest that has been developed before you rip and then give that author credit.

You may also want to check to see tiles that have been submitted to www.purezc.com. They have an extensive tile database there. Even doing a google search will find different tiles you can use for your quests. Happy hunting.

When I download tiles, I can't grab it! I am on the tiles page and I am on the grab feature. What am I doing wrong?

Tiles need to be imported. If you are using 2.10, there may be an issue with the importing. If you can't get the import to work on 2.10, here is my suggestion: import with 1.92 and then save the quest. Open it with 2.10 and resave. It should work fine.

I tried to download 1.92. Didn't work. Only gave me zeldaclassic. I know there's 3. Somehow I can't download none of them with zeldaquest

Make sure you get beta 183. If you get beta 184 it's the player only.

OK, just because a shortcut doesn't appear on the desktop doesn't mean that it didn't come in the package. Go into the ZC192b183 folder that was created and open the program zquest. You will be set to go. If for some reason you still can't find it, download it again at the link below because I got it to work just fine.
