Isle of The Winds

Is there sword upgrade in isle of the winds? If there is can u tell me where it is? And how many are there?

That being said, north of the Forest Island, (level 2), there is another island that has blue and purple (I believe) colored trees. Along the shore you will notice a triforce symbol. You need to look for the correct raft path to get there. Stand on the triforce symbol and make some music to find a hidden cave.
