Where can i get a ZC engine

Where can i get a ZC engine that give me the looks of LoZ:LA, OoS, and OoA

There isn't one. You can create dungeons in ZC that look like those games, but the items you find won't be available.

Currently, the only method available to experence modified versions of those games is to hack the rom either using programming skills, or, if one exists, a pre-built editor. One exists for Link's Awakening, but none for the Oracle games. Since I don't want to encourage rom hacking, I won't give out any links.

But. chances are that with the rapid progress ZC has had, it could very well be possible in the future.
