Help with flags

Okay I have a rock that your supposed to throw an arrow on, I put the flag for arrows there but when I throw the arrows I want something to happen,like other rocks dissapearing or something like that,how do I do that?

After setting the arrow flag on a tile, you can set the secret flags (16 - 31) somewhere. Once you shoot an arrow on the arrow flagged tile, it sets off the "Secret" and therefore whatever secret flags are on that screen will activate and become what you set them to. The Arrow flag itself will become somthing as well (similar to secret flags).

There are 16 secret flags so you can 16 different things (such as an elaborate cave appearing or something) Just remember to set the secret flags in the secret combos (as well as all the arrow ones too.)
