Legitimate MP3's

I have an MP3 player. It's a Samsung and I really like it. I would like to get some more MP3's for it. I would like to purchase them legimately. I do not want to use iTunes because their DRM is intolerable. (Being told how I can use things I paid for is annoying, to say the least.)

What is the best source for purchasing legitimate MP3's?

http://www.emusic.com/ is the second most popular music download site on the internet. I've never used it, but I know they sell music in MP3 form.
