New quest

I'm making a new quest pokemon rampage. Blue from pokemon blue version goes crazy and goes out to kill everything and get the peices of the triforce from the 8 gyms and destroy gannon who somehow got into the pokemon leage so he can get the triforce of power from him. I based the whole overworld off the one in pokemon blue. I have to hold the gameboy infront of the computer screen while I copy it. Oh god a Pokemon quest...:uhoh: Well if your going to make one, at least make it look somewhat like Pokemon. I think there are tilesets for Pokemon at PureZC. Dont expect much praise for this though, unless its really funny, and really gorey.

Lol, actually, Zelda 1's form of the Evil King really is Gannon.

My suggestion to you is to use a Pokémon Tileset from PureZC (www.purezc.com). There are two.

· Incomplete Yellow (http://www.purezc.com/index.php?page=tilesets&id=29)
· Pokémon Yellow v2.0 (http://www.purezc.com/index.php?page=tilesets&id=35) (I suggest you use this one)

I do like Pokémon, so I will look forward to your completing this quest.

Yes it says that in the intro, and ZC was programmed with that spelling because it follows that program, but it's still incorrect. Here is a site that can explain a little more about it:

hmmm,may I ask why does ash(or whoever that is)has a sword????????

Are the characters drawn in paint?
I doubt you'll get far with this,I recomend using rpg maker xp,that will help more than zelda classic.

Ash has a sword because the whole point of the game is ash goes crazy killing everything (pokemon people etc) and getting the triforce peices from the 8 gyms. And I'm using zeldaclassic so I can be the first person to make a pokemon quest with zeldaclassic.

(sorry for multiposting)I'm starting to get a problem with this. I have Zquest in windowed mode. Then I minimise that. Then I open my eluminator (It's perfectly legel I own pokemon blue version) and when I try to switch back and forth between the eluminator and zquest the eluminator freezes. (I open the eluminator too see what the game looks like so I can remake it in zquest) The reason I can't use the blue version I have for gameboy is whenever I try to save when I turn it off and back on the save file is erased. (wait, I'm allowed to talk about eluminators as long as I don't post a link to it right? sorry if I'm not)

That sounds like a problem with the emulator and not ZQuest. Maybe for Ash's "Sword" he could swing a Poké Ball? The White Sword would be the Great Ball, the Magical Sword the Ultra Ball, the Master Sword the Master Ball. The Poké Ball would not be connected to Ash, it would swing around him, like he threw it.

That site is funny. :D I never know Gannon-Banned originated on these forums. I hearn of that phrase a year ago at the Nintendo.com Zelda NSider Forums. Wow.
