FFC Script Library

It occured to me that rather than the various scripts and threads hanging around we should have one comprehensive database of various good FFC Scripts. I don't have any at the moment, but all submissions are good.

You may want to hold off compiling such libraries until I release the C-style front end, which should allow friendlier writing and importing of common functions.
