Making it fullscreen

neither zc nor zuest will go fullscreen. if i use the ingame fullscreen option, they crash. changing the desktop icon doesn't work either. I could try changing the resolution, but i don't know what a fullsscreen res is. if you could gicve me some help, i'de appreciate it. really, any help

Same thing happens to me but then again, I can't even get ZC to work properly.
