a couple questions

how do i put guys on a screen on one i put a guy in a shop but he wasnt there?
how do i type wat the guy says?
and in shops how do i put multiple items for sell?

Guys are gotten by pressing "G". Select the person you want.
Goto Quest->Strings double click <new> or highlight it and click edit. Type in text. Then on the screen with the guy press "S" and select what you want said.
Goto Quest->Misc Data->Shop types. Select a number, click edit. Select the items you want and the price. On the screen you want the shop Press "R" Select shop. Press "A" and select the number you just edited.

ok i figured out how to make the guys say something but the guys dont appear on map.wats wrong?:confused: :confused:

i got that problem too.... but i just scroll down to the sprites with the guy on and put him there.... hope i helped:)

The guy option in the menu sets up the cave screen 80 with the guy. Make sure your tile warp is set properly. He won't appear on the overworld screen. Make a string and set it for that screen and then it will work when you enter the cave.

but since he said he wan'nt there i belived he did'nt use screen 80... sorry . my mistake
