Candle Fire "Length of Time" Item Properties

This length of time would specify how long the fire stays on the screen with each the blue candle, red candle, and wand+book.

This would go hand in hand with the new rule that makes the screen only light up while fire is on it.

It would be great since DN said that he is going to put the temporary lit room feature in.
This would make a good addition to that feature!
