How do we make Link warp when he gets an item?

I was wondering how we get Link to warp when he gets an item other than the Triforce. Can it be done?

The triforce is a special item that has warping properties kinda built in. What you can do is in the item room put a tile warp to where you want the player to go and force someone to take that by using one-way shutters or something along those lines.
