How do I use bombs? Do I need the bomb bag or something? Where do I find it?

I'm assuming you're talking about 1st Quest. You should be able to use the bombs simply by having some and equipping them from the subscreen. Just press the S key, I believe, to use your secondary item. You can buy bombs, or find them on monsters. I personally find bombs on Moblins the most often. By the way, no bomb bag is even in the game.

Actually the default "B" item button is Ctrl, and bomb bags do exist in the newest (2.11b10b) beta. ;)

If you are playing 2.10test quest, there is a bug with bombs. Read this thread for info on how to fix it.
