When I download a custom quest from the quest database, how do I make it change from a zip. file to a qst. file?

They are different file extensions. Just download the zip file, then use winzip to unzip the file. This will create a new folder & inside the folder is a qst file.

What's winzap? I can't find anything on my computer called 'winzap'.
