Well. Odd post. ;)

Anyway... if you want to download the full version of a quest, just type www.zeldaclassic.com, and... well, look for the quest database. If you don't want to do that, I guess www.purezc.com has some pretty good quests, too. They also have other things, such as tilesets, ect.
Now, if you want a demo... I say, look in peoples signatures. Ya never know what might pop up. :P
