Whitsle Warps?

How do I set where whistle warps take me? Is it automatic?

To set the warps go to Quest_Misc_Whistle Warps.
There should be different slots.#1-Set the screen #and D-map(L-1 must be
compleat)#2-Same as above bu L-2 Must be compleat...And so on!
(When I say L-1,2,3 ect.I mean you can set thoes any time)
(While playing,when you beat L-1 you can warp there):D

Remember that the Whistle only warps you to those places if Link has found the Triforce piece in the dungeons, not just beaten the bosses.

I know that, but I am wondering, I want the whistle to take me to various worlds, I'm making a SMB3 Type game and I want to take Mario to the start of each world. Can I do that?
