In my game,I'm trying to make a town...One problem,I have it on
the BS OW at screen 1B! Is it possable to have it there?
The #s only go to 07 and 70.
Is there a way to have it go higher in #s?
If not how else can I make a town that has a intro and different music?
Help appreciated!:D

Just out of curiosity, why are you using a BS Overworld type for the town instead of a regular Overworld?

Good question!:)
When I did it with regular OW there was a bug.(not a 2.10 bug,from a mistake)
When I entered the town,It would lock up!The only way to get out of it is
to restart. So I'm trying the BS OW.
Do you know how to do it with regular OW?

Hmm...Some times it seems like I can do a lot of the hard things in ZC!
But a lot of easy stuff I dont know how to do!:googly:
Umm,do I use too many smilies?

What do you mean exactly by "it would lock up?" Did you set the appropriate warp to get from the town back to the overworld map?

Link would freeze once he entered. What I did was have a New OW with
different music and intro.
(the town OW used the same map as the OW,but had a different D-map)
From the normal OW I set a scrolling warp to the town D-map.

try using scrolling warps. Also, if you are really that intent on theBS overworld thing, then use the scrolling bar below the map. Slide it to the right. Here's a breif How-to:

1. Go to DMaps and select Dungeon/Cave/BS Overworld
2. See the little bar-like thing that fades on "overworld"? Well, it slides left and right.
3. Set a screen on your map on screen 01.
4. Move the bar once notch right and the screen will now be on screen 00.
5. NOTE: While the map may say that it's screen 01, all the warps or anything that registers locations via DMaps (whistle warps, etc), will read it as 00.
6. Another note: Any layers or things that rely on maps for the locations, it will still be treated as screen 01.

Do what alfinchkid said with the bar thing. Cave, dungeon, and BS Overworld dmaps can only be 8X8 maps.

Ok thanks! But how can you do it with a normal OW?

You can't scroll with a normal overworld if that's what you're asking. You can't scroll because you get all of those squares for the map anyway.

But I think I know why it's locking up. I've had propblems with similar things due to the same problem. If you want to use a real overworld, and not a BS Overworld for your town, use a scrolling warp. Go to Side Warp (unless you are entering the town from a cave, of course), then check the side you want to use (the direction of the town from your current screen). Then set the first screen of your town in the screen box, and the DMap of your town, too (but you should know all this already). Now, set the warpp type as a scrolling warp (I think you may be using an entrance/exit warp type). This will provide a scrolling animation, like you'r changing screens, but you can change DMaps or warp completely across a map like that.

No, what I mean is how do I have the town as a regular OW.
Like make a part of the OW with music.
Most of the ZC games I played did that. I did use a scrolling warp.;)
Thats what made it freeze!:disgust: The strangest part is when I set
the D-Map and screen # from the OW to the town,it...:( ...
had like some random #!:scared: :(
I set the # to 1B and it had something like 46!
What happend?
