Coming out of cave and dungeons

instead for just appearing next the entrance to a cave or dungeon that i just came out of, how can i make link walk up out of the entrance?

Use a cave type combo instead of a stairs type combo.
To determine combo type, right click on it

Well...I guess that the problem I had was a bit different.
I used a cave combo and that happend.

Make sure the blue square is directly below the cave entrance and Link will walk back out of the cave.

That works for cave walk down,but not cave walk up!
I have figured out for cave walk up,the blue square has ta be
one square up from da cave!:p
