You fuckers taught me how to play Texas Hold'em last year when i was up there. I'm now a tournament winner!

I take home $430 worth of poker table (seats 8).
For those who are interested in poker, the final at this venue was played out over 2 nights, Friday and Today. I had a small lead, which i managed to hang onto after only 12th position (50 championship points) on Friday.
Tonight, i finished about 30th, and had a nervous wait for one serious contender (needed 6th to beat me, ultimately finished 10th), and two who needed the win to lose too.
I had a stack of 1,100. Player to my left had 1,200. I was dealt Ks Kd. Player next to me moves all-in. i (naturally) take a punt and call. Several eliminated players and the poker crew move over to the table upon seeing me (the tournament leader) move all-in.
He turns his cards over, Ad, 5d. A small reaction. I turn over my pocket kings. Cheers and gasps from almost everyone.
The flop is 8d 6d 3s, he's got the flush draw, i still lead with the kings.
The turn is an Ace (hearts), he now leads.
The river comes up, a King! A King of Diamonds. I lose to the flush.
Nonetheless, i now play in the state final for the Australian Poker League. The winner recieves a free trip to Las Vegas, and a free $10,000 entry to the main event of the World Series of Poker.
Wish me luck, i'll be gone next weekend, but i'll have my laptop with me when i'm not playing.
