If yes will it even have more possiblities than the old 2.11 (IT IS NEW though).

Meaning you guys are improving 2.11.

Anyways if you guys are improving its capabilities what will it have?

once its no longer beta it will be availible from the official downloads area.

Keep in mind that 2.11 still has some bugs that need to be worked out. They need to make sure it's stable and working. I am not part of the team at AGN, so I have no idea when it will be available.
