Two Small Problem

When I play a quest the screen blinks alot, but when I press F1 they go away but the FPS goes up to about 400/60 which is a problem. Is there anything I can do about this or must I just live with the blinking or superspeed?

Secondly, when identical quests are loaded on different computers one messes up the game icon shown on the file select screen while the other does not show transparent layers. Is that just my computer or is there something I can do about it?

F1 toggles vertical sync. The blinking could be related to your monitor or video card.

About different performance are you certain you are using the exact same version of ZC with the exact same settings?

Also I "think" Dark Nation added a timing method that restricts it to around 60fps without vsync. You'd have to ask him though.
