layers AGAIN!!

arggh! i can't figure them out! i want the ''wind'' in the dor tileset to work!
could someone give me a detailed guide here to get them to work? i really need this!
and i tried the tutorials...:confused:

First create a screen on,lets say map 2 screen 00.(example)
Then place the tiles on that screen.
Go to the screen you want the layer on,and click Data_Layers.
If you want the wind above Link,select layer 6 where it says map, put a
2 there.Where it says screen put 00 there.

Finaly!:sleep:

(if you dont see the wind)
Scroll through the bar at the bottom of the screen
until you come across the layers.Then check the box of the layer #.

Kinda sounds confusing!:laughing:
