Beta 2.11 windowed

Is there an option to run the 2.11b10b in windowed mode?

What about just unchecking the Fullscreen option under Etc-->Options?

It works in ZQuest. That option does not appear in ZC.exe. I meant when you go to play a quest.

Oh, right, sorry. XD Okay, ... try making a shortcut to it on the desktop or something, .. then right-click on the shortcut, go to Properties, and in the look through the tabs (If there are any.) until you see the command line. (Should be pretty evident.) It might even say Target instead of command line. Place -window at the end of it. Better yet, I just copied these lines out of my UserCP notepad elsewhere. Hope these are it.

That did it. But wouldn't it be easier if it was an option that was added when installed like the rest of the ZC's? Or haven't they gotten that far yet?

Oh, well have you seen Sean's (Seanbox344) ZC Launcher project yet? Check it out Here (http://www.purezc.com/forums/index.php?showforum=115). I think that it has an option to allow for windowed mode upon startup.

We should all thank Sean for such a program. It's a wonderful utility. ^_^

No. But now I know what it is. Is it going to be in the final release of 2.11?

In the next beta release, put in an Alt+Enter key function in the player. That would make it alot easy to toggle Fullscreen and Windowed mode.

yes, but it would get kind of annoying for those that use alt for A, and then they pressed A and enter at the same time...
