As most of you know I had called for beta testers for this quest, but I've decided to open it up and let anyone grab it who wanted it, and in light of the over-all atmophere of the Zelda Classic community as a whole I've decided to retire from it effective Sunday.

Use 2.11b10b to play this quest

when grabbing the sound files, rename or move your sfx.dat to avoid over-writting it.

Grab the files here (http://www.zeldaclassicforum.com/showthread.php?p=28339#post28339)

This quest demonstrates several of the new 2.11 features.... enjoy.

A question: What the heck happened?

Fatcatfan's (and carrotred's) wisdom lives on.
They charted a path away from this scum infected jungle (AGN), that has only Zelda Classic to offer, and I'm taking it. ;)

You do realize that AGN and Zelda Classic are mutually exclusive, right?

I figured there would be more interest in this quest, since it shows off some of the cool new features DN and Jman have put in the new beta.
Big Link, Z3 style walking, a warp system that rivals OOT, mine cart riding, jumping, floating, freeform combos, block holes, A new tileset.

Without doubt my best work ever

You people sleeping?

:) Trust me Freedom I've not been sleeping. Incredible quest and you are right the best so far. Maybe not everyone here goes to Elise's board and they didn't get the quest yet. Me, I've just been exploring all over so far but by the end of the weekend I'm sure I'll have a few questions for you.
BTW I hope you finish this quest and change your mind about leaving.

There really hasn't been any activity in this forum for a while. I've been busy, but the first chance I get I'll make sure to see how awesome this quest will be :)

I agree with MS Zelda Lady... I always look forward to your quests as they are the best of the bunch. This is the first I have heard of you making a new quest. A quest developer's fan base is way larger than they could ever know. Freedom, it would be a shame to leave on a sour note after so many years of excellent work. I hope you finish the quest and maybe then leave it as your legacy quest (or should I say "SwanSong" ... hehe... hehe...) :googly:

that has only Zelda Classic to offer, and I'm taking it. What is this path you speak of?
