i am trying to combind 4 rooms to one big room but there is walls in the way

It is technically possible, but know that you won't be able to scroll between them like you can in Z3, where it follows you around in the middle of the screen. It'll be the same scrolling "Walk off the edge" way they do it in Z1.

Just draw the room's walls manually like you'd want to see it done yourself. Make sure "Freeform Dungeons" is checked as a Quest Flag, assuming you're in 2.10 or higher. If you're in 2.11, you can also turn on the "Is Cave room" screen flag to make it seem more like a larger room.
