Huh? What do you mean? Oh wait, I know what you're talking about now. It does nothing in 2.10, but I have no idea what it does in 2.11... It's fun selecting itty-bitty squares with it, though....

If it doesn't do anything why is it there?

It hasn't been implemented yet, but it is in 2.11. It allows you to select pixels at a time to change color. Not too useful, but hey :shrug: , it's there.
