The Fallen One, Level 4

Hi, I am having difficulty finding (or maybe just entering) level 4. I found the cracked house and have red bombed, blue bombed, shot arrow, hit with hammer, etc to no avail. Am I barking up the wrong tree, is this not level 4? If it is, any tips on what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

shoot a arrow into a nearby tree. I think that's how you get in, I forgot though.
