I remember it took me over a year to get 1000 posts, but I was glad that I could get the title and avatar. Hopefully it won't take a long time to get to 2000 (I don't know that I'll ever get it at the rate I'm posting at now).

I think it took me nine months or so - I had a custom avatar when I first joined (because anyone could have a custom avatar back then), but that privilege was soon taken away. After that, I went avatarless until I hit 1000 posts, and then I had my Sakuya avatar ;)
