Grabber-w.EXE isn't working properly

I'm having problems with it and the link in Freedoms site for downloading it won't work. I don't like this at all.:(

mine won't work! (grabber-w.exe) i click on it and all that happens is that a little hourglass appears for a split second and then, NOTHING! can i get a little help? i tried re-downloading it

You have to use the alleg41.dll from 192b182 with it
