strange request about RE 4 OH GOD HELP

I really need a soundclip of the Weapons Hobo (you know) from Resident Evil 4 saying "WELCOME". I tried googling but I have no idea what to search and when I searched for sound clips I didn't get much :( :( :( HELP

hell yea ...while we're on this subject does anyone know where i can find a clip of ther "alert" noise from metal gear series or how i could rip it from the pc version? I'm trying to modulate my car horn ;) I've already trained the headlights (wired) to flash with the horn like the nano soldiers eyes, but I lack that sound clip
