tiered secret?

I found tiles in a tileset by Radien, there are of a chest which appears out of the floor. I can set it up as far as the chest appears and it is a slash-item combo, but how do you add the armos-item flag when you already are using the secret flag?

when the chest is in secret combos... let's say 16 hold Ctrl and click on it and add your second flag (#10 armos = item).
