right so i got another problem with this program, for some reason my
zquest v2.10w doesn't want to open up after all the work i put into my first quest
please if anyone else has had this problem could they tell me if they ever recovered from it or did they have to start again.:(

If the program won't open I would move your quest file, uninstall and reinstall ZQuest, and then try to reopen it under the new installation. Hopefully it's not an issue with the quest file itself.

Run in windowed mode, that may help.

Your quest is saved in a .qst file, and your savefile is zc.sav. These can be copied into another folder and zelda/zquest reinstalled. Making regular backups of both these files is something I do myself and highly recommend.

What exactly is your problem - zquest won't open your quest file, or won't open at all?
