need help with dungeon dmaps

Right so when i enter the first dungeon i appear in the right place but the whole room is dark for some reason. someone please tell why this happens:(

Open your quest in ZQuest, then go to that room. Does it have a black checkerboard pattern displaying on the top left corner of the screen? If so, you accidentally set that room to be dark. To fix this, just press the D key on your keyboard.

nope i tried that but thanks neway does it matter if my level starts off at the bottom of the dmap though?

No. Did you set a correct color pallete for this dmap?

yeah i got the blue colour pallete

Sounds like your warping to the wrong screen to me, maybe even on the wrong map.
Completely fill out your dmap, with level number and map number.
