How to rip graphismes from games ??

I assume you mean graphics when you say "graphismes." You can't rip graphics directly from a .qst file. However, you can from .zgp and files similar to .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png, etc. In the tile editor screen, select a black tile and press "Grab" at the bottom of the screen. Press File, then select the image or .zgp. The tiles will appear that you want to rip.
