Is it possible to activate secret combos by unlocking a Lock Block?

I just had this idea, but I'd like to know if it's possible. It's a weird one, though, but it involves using some tiles included with the PTUX tileset, and even if you unlock the lock block, you can't get by it. So, if you can't activate secrets just by unlocking the lock block, then I'm trashing that idea.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. But I meant with secret flags. But that works too.

Have the floor tile under the chest a lock block copycat that changes into a temp or perm trigger tile, so when you open the chest you also step on your trigger tile
