Can someone please answer my simple question? Does the overworld dmap have to be map 0 because at the start of my game you are in a house?:confused:

no.. it doesnt... it only has to be level 0.

In fact, not only can you have as many overworlds as you want, but they don't even have to be level 0 AT ALL. They can be Level 1 for all you care.

No, this cause many problems, such as shops appearing in the overworld and nonsense strings, they should be separate Dmaps ith levels higher than 0.

True, but I was merely stating that you don't HAVE to put Overworlds at DMap Level 0. After all, you COULD have an overworld where you can buy stuff from "traveling merchants".
