Boss Locked door not opening?

Okay, this is weird. In one of my dungeons, I have 2 sets of Boss Locked Doors. In one room, the doors open correctly when I unlock one. In the next set, the door I unlock is the only one that opens. When I go into the next room, the Boss Locked Door is still there, and I have to unlock it again. It's no big deal, as it doesn't trap me, but it is annoying. What's going on here?

Are the rooms with the boss doors next to each other? Are you using Full Screen Warp? (The screen flag.)

Are they BOTH Boss Lock Block type combos?

1: Yes.
2: What? Why do I need that? This is 2.10!
3: I'm not using Freeform Dungeons, so they're both Boss Locked Doors made by the Door tool under Tools!
