I have no idea either. I think maybe one is the Boss Key, since I DO know that the option "New Subscreen" has only one difference to "Revision 2": There's no slot for the Boss Key.

The only big difference is the interface appearance that the version 1.92 used to look like DOS.

I'm afraid you're slightly wrong on that one - Revision 2 allows extra space for Din's Fire, Nayru's Love and Farore's Wind.
