When you go to Graphics-->Palettes-->Main, you get that list of Csets from 0-14.

When I hit the +/- keys, why does it only allow me to go from Csets 0-11. How can I access 12-14?

12-14 are special, they are for bosses, sprites and stuff.

Link (normal): CSet 6 of Main Palette
Link (Blue): CSet 6 of Extra Sprite Palette 1
Link (Red): Cset 7 of above
Link (Gold): Same as above, but on CSet 8.
