Can anyone tell me how to change the resoultion outside of the game? beucase if i don't have the resultion on 1024 X 768 the screen goes white and you can't see anything.

Go to your desktop, right click and go to properties. Then go to the settings tab and go to the screen resolution area. Move it up to 1024x768.

no i need the the resiultion in the game not my desktop

Actually, you said OUTSIDE the game. That's different from INSIDE. As for setting it..... Try reading the manual. Just go to the folder the game is in, and click on Zquest.txt. Read the menus.
