If such programs existed there would be no such thing as Open Source because everything would be open source.

Your as likely to just separate code from an NES ROM as you are to extract the dry ingredients from a freshly baked cookie. It doesn't work that way. (to my knowledge)

Hearing of such programs and actually finding one are two different things. You could at least TRY to be helpful Belderan.
