Money Room doesn't go away!

I have a secret room in one of my dungeons which is one of those "It's a secret to everybody" type money rooms. The problem is, you get the money, leave, come back, and the guy gives it to you again! This goes on forever, he never disappears!

How do I get him to go?

Try to take advantage of the room if you can't make him go away. If he never goes away, make the room really hard to get into, so when the player finds it (if he/she even makes it that far), he/she can gain infinite money!

Do you have it set to room type SECRET MONEY?

Yeah, I do. It works just the way a secret money room should, except he's still there every time you go back into the room, thus giving infinite money, which I do NOT want to do!

In this case, the money amount was 50, so I could simply set it to a sepcial item room with a 50 rupee as the item, but I want to learn how to fix this for future quests.

That's something that happens in dungeons. More of a bug than anything else.

I'm wondering if the bug will still appear if you use screen 80 as the secret money room. I know that might look bad, but, hey...
And besides, if this works as a fix, you could always use a different map's scrn 80 and just make it look like the rest of your dungeon; this way the only limitation is that your money room has but one entrance.
